Job title: Sales Associate

Report to: Store Manager

Job purpose: Build relationship with customers and maximize sales opportunity, whilst maintain store in terms of image, product and operations, and deliver the Versace customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:

Business Development

  • Achieve individual objectives and contribute to the achievement of store objectives.
  • Strive to always increase brand and product knowledge.
  • Master selling skills to satisfy customer needs.
  • Take action to maximize the sales opportunity on all categories.


Client Management

  • Ensure superlative customer service standards, in order to meet customer expectations.
  • Act as brand ambassador to build relationships with new customers and VIP clientele.
  • Deliver the ultimate VERSACE experience to increase customer loyalty.
  • Solve customer complaints in a professional and positive manner, always offering follow up.



  • Capture customer data all the time.
  • Proactively take possible actions to maintain a long term relationship with customers.
  • Participate in the organization of In-store & promotional events, as per Shop in Charge’s guidelines.



  • Ensure the stock and the backroom are effectively managed and operational duties are met (Goods receiving, transferring, stock take, stock arrangement, reporting etc.)
  • Remain in compliance with operational and company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising standards are maintained according to company directives.


  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in retail – luxury experience preferred.
  • Good computer skills, include operation of retail sales system, Word, Excel and email.
  • Strong relationship skills and ability to maintain long-term with clients and community, understand the needs and changes of the market.
  • Strong team working and relationship skills.
  • Organization and problem solving skills.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • A positive, outgoing, high energy personality, is able to thrive within a high paced environment and being multi-tasking.

  1. To manage / assist Restaurant Manager on the day to day operations of the restaurants including managing labour, inventory and supplies.
  2. Ensure and maintain high standards of service, product quality and cleanliness of restaurant follow the Standard Operating Procedure.
  3. Ensure that facility and equipment are maintained to company’s standards on a day to day basis.
  4. To monitor the performance of staff and provide necessary training for them with an aim to improve and maintain highest quality of service.
